Our Engineers are hard at work.

Well, a few weeks back, we received an approval from our bank for the SBA 504 Loan. The SBA team has requested that we procure a working set of drawings and specs along with a construction bid in order to obtain an appraisal for the land and as yet un-built facility. We have retained the services of Noble Engineering and Construction in Angleton, TX and expect the working Plans and Construction bid by New Year’s Eve. Hopefully we can get an

appraisal within a few weeks after New Year’s Day.We will follow with updates.
